CUSTOMER CONCERN

The IHKA heating and air-conditioning system is inoperative and multiple IHKA faults are stored.

CAUSE

The heat-pump control module failed after the related sensor, shutoff-valve, and wiring checks.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed heat-pump control module, then program and code the replacement module to the vehicle.
