CUSTOMER CONCERN

The power liftgate moves manually but will not power open or close.

CAUSE

The power-back-door main switch in the glove box was in the bypass/off position, disabling automatic liftgate operation.

CORRECTION

Reposition the power-back-door main switch to enable automatic operation and verify the liftgate powers open and closed normally.
