CUSTOMER CONCERN

A section of instrument-cluster lamps is inoperative and the cluster stores hard DTC U3000:54 along with multiple unrelated body-system codes.

CAUSE

Confirmed failed instrument cluster.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the instrument cluster, program and configure it to the vehicle, clear DTC U3000:54, and verify all cluster lamps and monitored systems operate normally.
