CUSTOMER CONCERN

The malfunction indicator is on with DTC P0411.

CAUSE

Inspection found the secondary-air passages open through most of the system but plugged solid where they meet the cylinder head.

CORRECTION

Clean the restricted secondary-air injection passages at the cylinder head and verify proper air flow through the system.
