2012 Toyota Prius C Four – No READY Mode With P0A0D

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The vehicle will not enter READY mode and DTC P0A0D is stored.
CAUSE
The high-voltage battery service grip plug was connected but not fully seated and locked; the Light Green interlock wire measured 11.7 volts while the White/Black ground was good.
CORRECTION
Fully seat and lock the high-voltage battery service grip plug, clear P0A0D, and verify the Light Green interlock circuit drops to approximately 2.7 mV and the vehicle enters READY mode.
