CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle will not enter READY mode after collision repairs and P0A0D returns after clearing.

CAUSE

The HV battery service plug was inserted but not moved fully into its locked position, leaving the high-voltage interlock circuit open.

CORRECTION

Seat and lock the HV battery service plug correctly, clear P0A0D, and verify the vehicle enters READY mode.
