CUSTOMER CONCERN

Cabin heat is weak and both heater hoses remain cool.

CAUSE

The heater core was restricted and would not circulate hot engine coolant.

CORRECTION

Flush the restricted heater core, refill and bleed the cooling system, and verify normal cabin heat and coolant circulation.
