CUSTOMER CONCERN

The engine loses power with DTCs P1286, P128A and P2646.

CAUSE

The confirmed cases identified an incorrect/low engine-oil level preventing normal rocker-arm oil-pressure and VTEC operation.

CORRECTION

Correct the engine-oil level, clear P1286, P128A and P2646, and verify engine power and VTEC operation.
