CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle was towed in with a no-crank, no-start condition and HPCM DTC P0C76.

CAUSE

The 300-volt impact-detection fault remained latched in the hybrid control system and inhibited starting.

CORRECTION

Fully charge and verify the 12-volt battery, perform the 300-volt impact-detection DTC clearing procedure in PIT4585F, clear P0C76, and verify starting operation.
