CUSTOMER CONCERN

The check-engine light is on and EVAP-system DTC P2422 is stored.

CAUSE

EVAP testing isolated a restriction between the canister and fuel tank to a blocked canister vent filter.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the canister vent filter, clear P2422, and verify the EVAP system passes its restriction test.
