CUSTOMER CONCERN

The ABS, brake, and traction-control warning lights remain on, and the vehicle will not move.

CAUSE

The 12-volt battery dropped to approximately 7 volts with the ignition on, confirming the battery could not support vehicle-system operation.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed 12-volt battery.
