CUSTOMER CONCERN

Brake warning is displayed and the brake pedal is hard to apply.

CAUSE

DTC C101C was present, and testing confirmed the brake-booster vacuum pump had failed.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed brake-booster vacuum pump.
