CUSTOMER CONCERN

The Service Hybrid System message is displayed, the Serial Data Gateway Module does not communicate, and DTC B1000 is stored.

CAUSE

Power and ground load tests passed, confirming an internal failure of the Serial Data Gateway Module.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the Serial Data Gateway Module, program and configure the replacement module, clear B1000, and verify hybrid-system communication.
