CUSTOMER CONCERN

The engine runs poorly with a knocking noise, inverter-coolant gurgling, and DTCs P0302, P0304, and P3221 stored.

CAUSE

Cylinder contribution and component-swap testing confirmed failed ignition coils causing the cylinder misfires.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed ignition coils.
