CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle will not crank or enter READY mode after collision repair, and DTC P0A0D is stored.

CAUSE

Interlock-circuit testing confirmed that the battery service-plug interlock switch was not completing the required ground path.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the battery service-plug interlock switch and fully seat the high-voltage service plug.
