CUSTOMER CONCERN

The engine intermittently runs rough and has low power with DTC P0339 stored.

CAUSE

Power, ground, signal-circuit, and pattern checks confirmed an intermittent crankshaft-position sensor failure.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the crankshaft-position sensor, then perform the crankshaft-pattern clear and relearn.
