CUSTOMER CONCERN

The Stop Safely Now message and hybrid warning lights appear intermittently, and the transmission will not shift out of Park. DTC P2800 is stored.

CAUSE

Moisture intrusion at connector C210 caused the confirmed electrical connection fault.

CORRECTION

Repair the moisture-damaged terminals and connections at connector C210, and secure the affected firewall entry point against further water intrusion.
