2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid – Three Door Locks Inoperative

CUSTOMER CONCERN
Customer states the passenger-front and both rear power door locks do not operate, while the driver-front lock works normally. No BCM DTCs are stored.
CAUSE
Gray and Tan lock-circuit voltage changed correctly when commanded, confirming the passenger-front and rear door-latch actuators had failed internally.
CORRECTION
Remove and replace failed passenger-front and both rear door-latch actuator assemblies. Verify lock and unlock operation from both switches and remote.
