CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the vehicle was parked for approximately two months and now stores DTCs P0AFB, P1A22, P1A26 and P1A29.

CAUSE

Campaign inspection confirmed the hybrid battery pack had failed after the extended storage period.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace hybrid battery pack under the applicable campaign. Clear hybrid-system DTCs and verify battery-system operation.
