CUSTOMER CONCERN

The display switches to the reverse-camera screen, but no camera image appears. Replacing the camera did not correct the concern.

CAUSE

Voltage and continuity testing confirmed damaged backup-camera wiring in the tailgate circuit.

CORRECTION

Repair the backup-camera wiring in the tailgate circuit.
