CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the check-hybrid-system warning is on and DTC P0A80 is stored.

CAUSE

Hybrid-battery voltage testing found more than a 0.5-volt difference between battery blocks, confirming high-voltage battery deterioration.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace high-voltage battery pack. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.
