CUSTOMER CONCERN
The air conditioning blows cold with the gasoline engine off but stops cooling when the engine runs.
CAUSE
The confirmed repair identified lost air-conditioning servomotor initialization as the cause of the temperature-control problem.
CORRECTION
Perform the air-conditioning servomotor initialization with the scan tool and verify cold air is maintained with the gasoline engine both off and running.
