CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle has severely reduced power and stores DTC P314A for inverter-coolant-pump operation. CAUSE Rodent damage near the radiator severed all four wires in the inverter-coolant-pump harness. CORRECTION Repair all four damaged inverter-coolant-pump wires near the radiator, clear DTC P314A, and verify normal pump operation and vehicle power.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer reports the hybrid warning light is on with DTCs P0A93 and P0AC4. The inverter-coolant reservoir was low, and the codes prevented the vehicle from passing an emissions inspection. CAUSE Diagnosis confirmed the inverter water pump had failed, preventing proper coolant circulation through the inverter cooling system. CORRECTION Remove and replace the inverter water pump. Refill and bleed the inverter cooling system, clear DTCs, and verify coolant circu
