2017 Ford C-Max Hybrid SE – Cluster, Radio, and HVAC Inoperative With U0155 and U0422

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The instrument cluster, radio, and HVAC controls are inoperative, the scan tool cannot communicate with those modules, and DTCs U0155 and U0422 are stored.
CAUSE
The medium-speed CAN wiring leading to the HVAC module was damaged, interrupting communication with the affected modules.
CORRECTION
Repair the damaged medium-speed CAN circuits to the HVAC module, clear DTCs U0155 and U0422, and verify cluster, radio, HVAC, and scan-tool communication operation.
