CUSTOMER CONCERN

The 12-volt battery is discharged by morning because of an overnight parasitic draw.

CAUSE

A leaking sunroof drain hose allowed water into the body control module, causing internal corrosion and the electrical draw.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the corroded body control module and repair the leaking sunroof drain hose.
