CUSTOMER CONCERN

The windshield wipers operate normally on high speed but move extremely slowly on low speed; replacing the wiper switch did not change the symptom.

CAUSE

The low-speed circuit remained powered, but the confirmed repair identified an internally failed front wiper motor.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed front wiper motor.
