2012 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited – No Start After Diesel Fuel Contamination

CUSTOMER CONCERN
After diesel fuel was mistakenly added, the engine only cranks or runs briefly and DTCs P0A0F, P3190 and P3191 are stored.
CAUSE
Diesel fuel remained in the gasoline fuel lines and prevented normal combustion.
CORRECTION
Drain the contaminated fuel, flush the fuel tank and lines, refill with gasoline, clear P0A0F, P3190 and P3191, and verify the engine starts and runs normally.
