CUSTOMER CONCERN

The Service Suspension message is displayed after collision repairs, communication with the Electronic Suspension Control Module is unavailable, and DTC U0132-00 is stored in multiple modules.

CAUSE

Power, ground, network resistance and connector checks passed, confirming an internal failure of the Electronic Suspension Control Module.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed Electronic Suspension Control Module, program and configure the replacement module, and perform the suspension-position calibration.
