CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle loses power, displays a pull-over warning, and will not restart. DTC P0A0A is stored in the hybrid control system.

CAUSE

Testing confirmed a failed traction-battery harness in the high-voltage interlock circuit.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed traction-battery harness.
