2010 Lexus HS250h – No READY With P0A94-127

CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle was towed in because it will not enter READY mode. DTCs P0A7A-122 and P0A94-127 were stored, and P0A94-127 returned immediately after clearing.

CAUSE

Resolver-circuit resistance measured from the inverter was out of specification. Testing at the hybrid transaxle isolated the confirmed failure to the power inverter.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed power inverter.
