CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle stalled after driving, will not restart or enter READY mode, and displays Service Hybrid System and VSC warnings with DTC P0A78 stored.

CAUSE

Hybrid-system testing and the applicable service bulletin confirmed an internal power-inverter failure.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the hybrid power inverter assembly.
