CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the wrench warning light comes on intermittently. DTC B1239 is stored in the battery-control system.

CAUSE

Testing under TSB 07-25-12 confirmed the traction-battery auxiliary mode-door actuator failed to control cooling-air flow.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace traction-battery auxiliary mode-door actuator. Clear DTC B1239 and verify battery-cooling airflow control.
