CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the air conditioning will not operate. DTCs B1419, B1421, B1424 and B1428 are stored.

CAUSE

The solar-sensor codes did not inhibit operation; circuit testing for B1419 confirmed a faulty connection at the rear junction-block ECU connector in the left rear trunk area.

CORRECTION

Repair rear junction-block ECU connector and terminal fit. Clear HVAC DTCs and verify air-conditioning operation.
