CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the gauges intermittently do not illuminate, especially in cold weather, and the vehicle will not power down normally when the display is blank.

CAUSE

The condition matched the updated combination-meter repair information, confirming an internal combination-meter failure.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace combination meter with updated unit. Configure odometer data as required and verify normal display and power-down operation.
