2019 Toyota Prius Limited – No Voltage at Multiple Dash Fuses

CUSTOMER CONCERN

Several instrument-panel fuse circuits have no voltage after an ignition-interlock installation.

CAUSE

The 50-amp J/B-B fuse in the engine-compartment fuse box was blown, removing power from multiple dash fuse circuits.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the blown 50-amp J/B-B fuse and verify battery voltage is restored at the affected instrument-panel fuses.
