CUSTOMER CONCERN

A hybrid-system malfunction warning is displayed and DTCs C1241 and P1CCC96 are stored.

CAUSE

The DC/DC converter had an internal failure even though the 12-volt charging voltage measured 14.5 volts in READY mode.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed DC/DC converter/inverter assembly, clear DTCs C1241 and P1CCC96, and verify 12-volt charging operation.
