CUSTOMER CONCERN
The malfunction indicator lamp is on with DTCs P0031, P0037, P0102, and P0403; the affected sensors and actuators receive only about 8.4 to 8.5 volts even though the EFI No. 2 fuse has 11.7 volts.
CAUSE
Terminal 4 was loose in connector DA2 at the engine-compartment fuse box, causing excessive voltage loss in the shared EFI No. 2 power circuit.
CORRECTION
Repair and tighten terminal 4 in connector DA2, clear DTCs P0031, P0037, P0102, and P0403, and verify battery voltage is restored to the affected components.
