2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid – No Start and No Fuel Pressure

CUSTOMER CONCERN
Engine will not start because the fuel pump has no power or fuel pressure, although bypassing the relay makes the pump run.
CAUSE
The ECM grounded the Yellow control wire at engine-room fuse-box connector 1E terminal 8 during crank, but no voltage appeared at connector 1E terminal 13. Testing confirmed failure of the integral circuit-opening relay section in the fuse box.
CORRECTION
Remove and replace the engine-room fuse-box relay section containing the non-serviceable circuit-opening relay, then verify fuel-pump power and engine starting.
