CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the sunroof does not stop correctly at the closed position and one-touch opening is inoperative after sunroof service.

CAUSE

The sunroof motor's internal position switch was no longer synchronized with the roof-panel position.

CORRECTION

Perform sunroof motor synchronization procedure. Verify correct closed position and one-touch operation.
