CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the engine abruptly stalls while driving. DTCs P0A92, P1A6F and P2797 are stored.

CAUSE

Auto-start testing and 36-volt three-phase circuit checks confirmed an internal Motor Generator Unit failure.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace Motor Generator Unit. Clear hybrid-system DTCs and verify auto-start operation.
