CUSTOMER CONCERN After engine replacement, the vehicle will not enter READY mode and stores DTCs P0A09, P0A0D, and U0110. CAUSE An inverter-with-converter electrical connector was not fully seated after the engine service, opening the high-voltage interlock and converter communication circuits. CORRECTION Fully seat and lock the inverter-with-converter connector, clear DTCs P0A09, P0A0D, and U0110, and verify READY mode, converter communication, and hybrid-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The scan tool cannot communicate with the IMA system, and DTCs U0110 and U1205 are stored. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed Intelligent Power Unit fan module. The failed fan module caused the No. 61 10-amp IMA fuse in the auxiliary underhood fuse box to open. CORRECTION Remove and replace the Intelligent Power Unit fan module and the open No. 61 10-amp IMA fuse, then verify IMA-module communication.
