CUSTOMER CONCERN The information display reports that hybrid-battery cooling performance is low. CAUSE The hybrid-battery cooling inlet filter beneath the right rear seat was restricted with debris. CORRECTION Clean the restricted hybrid-battery cooling inlet filter and verify the low-cooling-performance message clears.

CUSTOMER CONCERN DTC P1448 returns intermittently even though the code clears and the IPU fan self-test currently passes. CAUSE Connection checks and the confirmed repair identified an intermittent failure of the Intelligent Power Unit module fan used to cool the hybrid battery. CORRECTION Remove and replace the Intelligent Power Unit module fan, then verify fan operation and confirm DTC P1448 does not return.
