CUSTOMER CONCERN The right turn signal remains on whenever the ignition is on, while the left signal does not respond to the multifunction switch but does flash with the hazard switch; SCCM DTC B1D36:09 returns immediately. CAUSE SCCM switch data changed to OFF when the multifunction switch was removed, confirming an internal switch failure. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed multifunction switch.
