A normal actuator solenoid measures approximately 12 ohms. CORRECTION Remove and replace the intake camshaft position actuator solenoid, clear DTC P0010, and verify normal acceleration response.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine light is on with DTC P0013. CAUSE Circuit checks and exact-source confirmed repairs identified a failed exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid. The solenoid specification is 8–13 ohms; if it tests within range, the wiring to the ECM requires inspection. CORRECTION Remove and replace the exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid, clear DTC P0013, and verify the code does not return.
