2018 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid – Fuel Tank Difficult to Fill With P04B4
CUSTOMER CONCERN The fuel tank is difficult to fill and DTC P04B4 indicates the refueling vapor valve is stuck closed. CAUSE The normally closed EVAP canister vent solenoid remained stuck shut when commanded open, preventing vapor from leaving the tank during refueling. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed EVAP canister vent solenoid.
