CUSTOMER CONCERN The fuel door intermittently will not open and the fuel tank is difficult to fill. CAUSE The charcoal canister was restricted, preventing the fuel tank from venting normally before the fuel door opened and during refueling. CORRECTION Remove and replace the restricted charcoal canister and verify the fuel door opens normally and the tank accepts fuel without restriction.
