2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL – Power Liftgate Inoperative With C2005-31
CUSTOMER CONCERN Power liftgate is inoperative and DTC C2005:31 resets immediately after clearing. CAUSE Confirmed failed liftgate motor assembly. CORRECTION Remove and replace the liftgate motor assembly, clear DTC C2005:31, and verify power-liftgate operation.
