CUSTOMER CONCERN Battery warning light is on with DTC P1A59. CAUSE Testing confirmed a fault in the high-voltage hybrid battery assembly addressed by the applicable battery campaign. CORRECTION Perform the applicable high-voltage battery campaign repair and remove and replace the failed battery assembly as specified.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Battery warning light remains on after generator-battery assembly replacement. CAUSE Testing confirmed the replacement generator-battery assembly was faulty. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed generator-battery assembly.
