CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine and master-warning lights return every few days with DTC P0A80. CAUSE Battery-cooling-fan service did not prevent P0A80 from returning. Hybrid battery block monitoring and repeated exact-source confirmations identified a deteriorated high-voltage battery pack. CORRECTION Remove and replace the high-voltage battery pack, clear DTC P0A80, and verify the hybrid warning lights remain off.
